Pre booking stage:

• We sent an email last night why haven’t you replied yet?
• Can we get a discount?
• Can you hold our date without a deposit?
• Can we book your half day package and split the coverage time as we don’t need photos during the meal?
• Can we pay the balance after we receive our photos?
• *Client wants to book short coverage but wedding is too far from where you’re based*

Pre wedding stage:

• Can you stay longer to capture sparklers/fireworks?
• *Couple sends you a shot list and/or Pinterest board*
• *Couple’s timeline has things scheduled for after coverage ends*
• *Couple has scheduled speeches in between courses*
• *Couple sends you a list of group shots way too long*
• Our cousin/nephew/uncle has offered to take photos, we thought they could be your second photographer, can you edit their photos and add them to our gallery?

Post wedding stage:

• Can you prioritise our photos over your other couples?
• Can we have a few more sneak peeks/ can we have this specific photo that wasn’t included in the sneak peeks?
• Can you edit out (specific objects/people) from all the photos?
• Can I have all the unedited photos?
• Are there any more photos of (person or moment)?
• Can you re edit some of/all our photos if we don’t like the editing style?
• We ordered some prints from Vistaprint/Tesco and they came out too dark/the colours look off
